The Vader Jacket blends 1.1–1.2mm cowhide leather with tight-knit hi-flo poly mesh to deliver structure, airflow, and aggressive styling in one adaptable platform. Leather-reinforced impact zones provide strength where it matters most, while mesh panels promote ventilation for warm-weather comfort. Built for riders who want bold presence with real-world function, the Vader balances performance and everyday usability.

Removable CE Level 2 shoulder and elbow armor provide high-level impact protection, complemented by TPR external shoulder protectors for added reinforcement. A removable EVA foam back pad comes standard and can be upgraded to a Safe-Tech 851 size L back protector for enhanced coverage. 360° reflective printing improves low-light visibility, and the leather chassis strengthens key abrasion zones.

4-way stretch panels at the neck, shoulders, underarms, and elbows enhance mobility in the riding position. Adjustable waist belts and arm take-up straps allow a personalized fit, while snap-lock zippered cuffs with mesh gussets provide secure closure and ventilation control. A neoprene-trimmed collar and cuffs increase comfort, and the 8” jacket-to-pant zipper adds riding stability. The Ideal® MagZip magnetic front closure makes entry quick and glove-friendly, while durable YKK® zippers secure external storage pockets.
